Envisioning a large park space that enhances downtown connectivity and green access, this project will create vibrant gathering spaces while preserving the historic character that attracts visitors from around the world.

Demolition of existing west wing underway. Crews carefully deconstructing structural elements on Griffin Street side. Excavation and deep foundation work to begin following demolition phase.
Traffic Notice: Griffin Street closed weekdays 7am-6pm for crane operations through November 15.
Today's Milestone: Demolition of west wing commenced at 7:00 AM. Safety barriers and noise-reduction measures in place.
